Claudia Ligari, Italian born fashion designer, presents her new collection FW14/15 through an innovative, interactive fashion film. Watch, record and share your own version of Ligari's fashion film with the new out-of-time shapes and tones.
Simple and elegant, Ligari's collection launches before FW14 underlining her philosophy, "the important thing is to craft quality."
The interactive fashion film ( allows viewers to re-master the edit with different effects, choosing scenes and tones. Viewers can record their own versions and share them online. Ligari's clean shapes slice through space with bicolour fabrics, maintaining beauty and proving the mystical allure of unisex garments.
Made for the first time in Italy, Ligari picked her most important pieces from past collections and revisited them. She said, "This collection reflects a maturing of style. I experimented with deeper, simpler shapes and textures, but have tried to keep that perfect clash between exciting materials and unpredictable silhouettes".
Ligari graduated from The Institute of Marangoni, Milan in 2004, and has worked in the design departments of Missoni and Alexander McQueen in Britain. In Summer 2011, she presented her first independent collection which carriers her name.
Ced Pakusevskij, Creative Director of Ligari's fashion film said, "Humans are vectors. They shape space, pierce through silence, create new forms. Claudia Ligari's design reigns over material and defines shape. In the video, small movements emphasise themselves. Space and antispace touch and gentle friction is produced. The sound of this friction is pure emotion.”
